I hate those signs in store restrooms that say "If this restroom needs cleaning, please call" and then there's a phone number. Right, if there's no toilet paper, or the bathroom's dirty, I'm supposed to take my time and use my cell phone minutes (or find a pay phone) to call someone. Who hired me to do this? Why is it so tough to designate an employee to take ten seconds to walk through the restroom twice a day to see if it needs cleaning?
The only thing worse was the time I came out of a Wal-Mart restroom and told the nearest employee that they were out of toilet paper. She points to a place clear across the store and says "Customer Service is over there. You need to go tell them."
Say what????? I told her it was HER job to tell someone, and left!
(And stores wonder why so many people are going online to shop.)
